You can add links to any of your Free-Floating pages from within any of your Linked pages. Simply go to page that you want to edit. Type text links in the left column of the page and use the Insert/Edit Link tool on the editor toolbar to add the link to your text. Of course, you don't have to place links in the text column. Links to other pages (on this site or on the World Wide Web) can be added to any text or image on any of your editable pages.
